Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart. Items may also be enlarged by simply clicking on them. To edit your shopping cart, simply click on "View Cart". After you have finished your selection(s), click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The final "Checkout" stage is the securely encrypted credit card information box which runs on Java. In order to finalize your transaction you must have Java installed. You may ship to an address (gift etc.) other than your billing/invoice address by simply choosing to do so during the checkout process. If sending as a gift, please enter a personal note in the gift option box upon checkout - Invoice with prices will not be included.

All prices quoted are in US Dollars. If you are shopping from outside the United States, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept credit card payment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Please contact us to arrange another form of payment.

Shipping And Handling

We primarily ship U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Air Parcel Post, Express Mail, International Priority Mail Service and in some instances UPS. Every package (order) we send has a delivery confirmation number (included in shipping confirmation e-mail). This is our proof of delivery. If your package (order) is lost, and the carrier cannot confirm delivery, we will send you a replacement order at no cost to you. If the carrier confirms delivery, and you did not receive your package (order), you must file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we provide to you.

International Orders

Shipping charges to your destination (country) will be quoted before finalizing your order.
International orders may be subject to extra charges in shipping - We will contact you via e-mail if applicable to your order.

Upon processing order you are also accepting the fact that your country (destination) may charge you additional customs or duties charges.

Delivery Schedule

Orders normally ship within 1 - 2 business days.

Standard Shipping orders are normally received in 3 - 6 business days.
Express Mail orders are normally received in 1 - 2 business days.
(You will be notified via e-mail and/or phone if we foresee a delay in your order).

International Priority Shipping (including Canada) orders are generally received in 6 - 10 days.
Canada Express Shipping orders are generally received in 3 - 5 days.

Back Orders

Unless requested, if your item is not in stock we will not back order for you. Please re-order it at a later date.

Tax Charges

For orders made from within the United States, sales tax will only be applied to all in state (Florida) orders. Our business is operated from Tarpon Springs, Florida. All orders shipped out of state (Florida) are shipped tax free.

Returns Policy

Please contact us regarding returns at 1-800-873-1073 or via e-mail. In order for returns to be accepted, item(s) must be in original condition including tags (if applicable). Multimedia (DVD, CD) will only be replaced, if defective, with the same item. We will not accept any returns after 10 days from the delivery of products.

Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. We will gladly exchange apparel and/or hats for different sizes. Please discuss your exchange with a member of our customer service department before mailing anything. All Returns (defective items excluded) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
