Thou-Vou barely manages to graduate from spy academy, but realises that his line of work goes through some hard times. he decides to open up an office on wheels and hires spy in training code MAP 31 to help him. Their first customers are the executives of a film company. When the film people realise how clumsy Thou-Vou really is, they decide to keep giving him fictional cases to work on. Their plan is to use the material on their upcoming comedy. Of course Thou-Vou obliges and offers the viewers some of the funniest moments in the history of Greek film.
