Iraklis Leontopoulos, a temporary public servant living on rent and minimum salary, inherits a three-story building, which he puts out for rent. Due to the contracts, he can neither evict the tenants, nor demand a raise on the rent. What’s more, the tenants already owe him money. Iraklis is a good and compassionate man whom everybody takes advantage of especially his tenants. His lawyer, Aleka Pali advises him to toughen his act, an advice, which he decides to follow and sets off to demand the money his tenants owe him, without yielding to their tricks. Mrs. Koula, a divorced woman, flirts with him until her husband arrives and Iraklis flees the scene from the window. He accidentally drops his identity card outside the preacher’s, Mr. Kalogirou apartment, who at that moment was dreaming that someone was strangling him. He suddenly wakes up, starts yelling, and creates commotion in the neighborhood...
