Hand-crafted cobalt blue board is of inlaid brass with the dark squares painted with a multi-color blue enamel - accented by Greek column base feet. The entire board is lacquered to prevent tarnishing. Players are casted in solid zinc and then brass and nickel plated. Pieces are then lacquered to preserve the lustrous finish and to prevent tarnishing.

Each set comes with a certificate of authenticity and a manual explaining each player and its history.
